Patient Portal Q&A

Question: How do I reset my password?
Answer:  Follow the instructions on this page.

Question: I forgot my username? or My username is not working.
Answer:  Follow the instructions on this page.

Question: Why am I not getting any notifications about messages?

Answer:  Your mail server may be classifying our e-mail messages as spam.  You can prevent this from happening by creating a contact in your address book.

Add patientservices@scarsdalemedical.com to your address book. 

Question: Must I come into the office to get a token for the new portal?

Answer:  No.  You may request a token by calling the office (914) 723-8100 and by following the prompts for patient portal.

Question: What happens If I don't have an email account or internet access?
Answer: Your physician will continue to communicate with you through phone calls or letters.

Question: Can I register for the new patient portal after March 2, 2012
Answer: Yes, you just need your token which you can obtain from our office.

Question: What happens to my prior communications stored in the old portal after March 2,2012?
Answer: All prior communications will be purged.  If you wish to save any old communication you can print them or save them onto your computer
