Lisa Millman, MD

Lisa M. Millman, MD, graduated magna cum laude with a BS is Biology and minor in Philosophy from Fairfield University. She received her medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine where she was the recipient of a Farr Scholar Award in Recognition of Excellence in Research. Dr. Millman then completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine specializing in Primary Care and Social Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine-Montefiore Medical Center. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine.

Dr. Millman was awarded a clinical research fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine and contributed to a number of research presentations on the impact of high cholesterol in older adults. Throughout her residency, she completed additional training including courses in the treatment of substance abuse disorders, public health, epidemiology and provided inpatient and outpatient care in rural Uganda.

Prior to joining SMG, Dr. Millman was a Hospitalist in Internal Medicine in various hospital settings throughout Westchester and Dutchess Counties. She was an Assistant Professor of Internal medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and is presently the Medical Director of The Pace University Physician Assistant Program in Pleasantville where she also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor.
