Mark A. Fialk, MD

Mark A. Fialk, MD, FACP graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Clark University and received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston. After internship and residency at New York Hospital/Cornell Medical Center, he completed fellowships in hematology and oncology at New York Hospital/ Cornell Medical Center and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

He is board-certified in Hematology and Oncology as well as in Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Dr. Fialk is affiliated with Westchester Medical Center and is clinical assistant professor of medicine at New York Medical College in Valhalla. He is chief (emeritus) of hematology at White Plains Hospital. Dr. Fialk is the medical director of both Hospice of Westchester and the Dickstein Cancer Treatment Center at White Plains Hospital.

He is a skilled physician with a very honest and direct approach to the care of his patients.
