Sarah Van Wagner, DO

Sarah Van Wagner, DO received her undergraduate degree from New York University and completed the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She completed the Family Medicine residency program at New York Presbyterian Hospital – Columbia University Medical Center.

She previously served as an attending physician at Mount Sinai Queens Doctors in Long Island City, NY. She was also a faculty member with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and served as site director for the medical student clerkship in primary care in Long Island City. Dr. Van Wagner is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Van Wagner’s clinical interests include women’s health, preventive care, hypertension and diabetes management. She is fluent in Spanish.
