How can I access my prior health information in NextGen?

To access to previous health information on or before March 20, you may visit the previous portal, NextGen, by visiting

With the MyChart portal, you can:

  • Request appointments
  • Request prescription refills
  • See your test results
  • Review your billing statements and balance
  • Make secure credit card payments*
  • Communicate with your doctor's office with secure messages

Bill payments for services rendered prior to and including March 20, 2018 are accepted online via Bill Payment Page.

* To pay for services rendered March 21, 2018 and later, please Login to MyChart.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and your bank debit card.

Pay by Check

When sending payment by personal check, please include the top portion of your billing statement and make checks payable to “Scarsdale Medical Group”.

For returned checks, we will charge a $25 processing fee.
