Health and wellness programs include:

Meditation

Learn how to reduce stress and restore calm through the practice of meditation with Mind-Body specialist, Dr. Catherine Isaac.

During these one-hour sessions, you’ll learn a variety of techniques to help you reduce stress, including:

  • Breathing exercises
  • Visualizations
  • Centering
  • Relaxation

The art and practice of meditation is a simple yet powerful way to enhance one’s quality of life and well-being. Whether you’re a seasoned meditator or new to the practice of meditation, learn how meditation can help in your daily life.

Meditation can help you achieve a more mindful, calm and joyful state of living.

Day and evening sessions are available.

Class fee

$30 per session (in advance - online)

$35 per session (cash only - at the door)

Classes are held bi-weekly

Tuesday: 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
