Combat Emotional Eating

Do you avoid dealing with stress or difficult emotions by turning to food? Finding comfort in food is very common. Those that emotionally eat do so to suppress or soothe negative feelings. Any stressful situation such as work-related stress, health issues, financial struggles could be the root cause of your emotional eating. Our Emotional Eating Program, led by registered dietitian Elizabeth DeRobertis, will help you break the cycle of emotional eating and teach you how to have a healthy relationship with food.
