Enroll in our 10 week weight loss group, and manage your weight. Created and run by Elizabeth DeRobertis,MS, RD, CDN, CDE, this 10 week weight loss group has been proven to result in statistically significant weight loss. Each week, the participants weigh in privately, and then take part in a group program, which covers topics such as Choosing the right weight loss plan, Strategic Snacking, Savvy Supermarket Shopping, Dining Out without Disaster, Emotional Eating & more. The group also includes guest speakers, and a 'Biggest Loser' Challenge.
